Travel & Visa Information

Entry and Visa requirements to Indonesia:

  • ALL Indonesia arrival card:
    1. Indonesia has introduced a unified digital portal, for ALL travellers named “All Indonesia”, designed to streamline immigration, customs, and health procedures into a single form, replacing multiple separate processes like SATUSEHAT (health declaration) and e-CD (customs declaration) online forms.
    2. How? Visit allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id where ALL travellers MUST fill out this form within 3 days (ideally 72 hours) prior to arrival.
    3. You can download to app to your Android device via Google Play / or iOS device via Apple Store. Great to apply for and retrieve your QR code when generated/ requested.
    4. Upon submission, a QR code is generated and sent via email, which must be presented to immigration/customs upon arrival (no fees involved).
    5. Note: The new All Indonesia Arrival Card is not a visa.  It’s a mandatory digital entry declaration (immigration + customs + health) but does not replace visa requirements.
    6. Note: Visa. You still need to obtain the correct visa for your visit (Visa on Arrival, e-VOA, free visa for certain ASEAN nationals, or other visa types depending on your nationality and purpose).
    7. Note: All Indonesia Arrival Card. This is a separate online form every traveler must complete (where available) within 3 days before arrival, even if they already have a visa or are visa-exempt.
  • Passport:
    1. Please ensure it is in good order, with validity of at least 6 months, and at least 4 empty pages.
  •  Visas:
    1. Visa On Arrival (VOA), single entry. Click here to see if you are among the citizens of 92 countries eligible for entering Indonesia, including major hubs such as Bali, Jakarta, Manado, Makassar airports, for stay up to 30 days and can be extended for a maximum 1 time at the local Immigration Office (charges apply). VOA cost: IDR 500,000 (approx. EUR 32 / USD 35). Payment can be done by: Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card or Cash Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
    2. Electronic Visa On Arrival (e-VOA): You may also apply for an e-VOA prior to your travel, making it super easy. Simply register, and fill in data & uploading documents, make your payment, and receive your e-VOA to your email.  Note: Applying online you will be asked to enter an address.  You are not staying on land with us so there is no land address except that of your departure port (trip dependent) & vessel. If you are staying at a hotel in Indonesia before your trip with us, we would recommend using those details, otherwise you may use the name of your liveaboard & departure port address. When applying for an e-VOA, other guests have had their liveaboard address accepted.
    3. Visa Exemption Arrangment (VEA). Available to citizens of ASEAN countries, but you cannot extend this visa beyond your 30 day stay.
    4. Other countries. If you are from one of countries not on the VOA or VEA lists, or if you simply wish to get a visa in advance, you MUST apply for an eVisa (B211A) online PRIOR to arrival before entering all other airports.
